Storing sensitive electronic components and worried about dust damage

I run a small electronics assembly workshop in Dubai and we've been having some real issues with dust and moisture affecting our sensitive components during storage, especially with the fluctuating humidity we get here. We've been using open shelving and standard cardboard boxes, but I'm constantly finding dust settling on circuit boards and connectors, and I'm worried about long-term reliability issues if we don't get this sorted properly. I've been looking at more secure storage solutions that would completely seal off our components from the environment, and I came across these fully enclosed units that seem perfect for what we need. Something like closed pallet boxes would give us that complete protection, with solid walls on all sides including the top and bottom to keep out dust and moisture, plus they'd be stackable to maximise our limited floor space . The fact they're made from HDPE plastic that's easy to sanitise is also appealing because we need to maintain cleanroom standards for some of our more sensitive work . The main thing I'm trying to figure out is whether to go for the 1200x1000x915mm size or the slightly smaller 1200x800x580mm option, because we need to balance capacity with manoeuvrability in our workshop . Has anyone else in a similar industry made the switch to fully enclosed pallet boxes and found they actually made a difference to product quality and storage efficiency?
