My car interior is falling apart, need a good restoration shop

I've got an older Mercedes that I absolutely love driving but honestly the interior is starting to look really rough these days with the leather seats cracking and splitting in multiple places, the headliner sagging down and rubbing against my head, and the door panels have these weird sticky spots where the coating has started to degrade from years of sun exposure. I've been putting off getting it fixed because I assumed it would be crazy expensive, but lately it's gotten so bad that I'm actually embarrassed to give anyone a ride because they always comment on the condition of the seats. A colleague of mine mentioned that there's a top auto interior restoration workshop near Al Barsha that specializes in older cars and does everything from leather repair to complete reupholstering and even dashboard restoration, which sounds like exactly what I need because I want the car to feel premium again without having to replace everything with aftermarket parts that don't look right. I'm a bit nervous about handing over my car to just anyone though because I've heard stories about places using cheap materials that end up looking worse after a few months, or taking forever to finish the job and then not even matching the original color properly. Has anyone here had their interior fully restored recently and can share their experience about the process, how long it took, and whether the results held up over time? Also I'm curious whether it's better to go with genuine leather or a high-quality synthetic that might be more durable in our climate, because I've read conflicting opinions online and I really want to make the right call before I commit to anything.
